Question 1

When will I receive my ticket after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Since MoreTickets cannot control the release of event or show tickets, we cannot guarantee a specific waiting time. We appreciate your patience. Rest assured, your order is always covered by the MoreTickets Guarantee. If you do not receive your tickets before the event begins, you will be provided with a full refund plus up to 100% compensation.

Question 2

I noticed that within the same area or row, there are two tickets with different prices, and one is priced higher. Does the higher-priced ticket mean a better seat?

Accepted Answer

Tickets for the same event may be listed by different sellers, and ticket prices on MoreTickets are set by the sellers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that higher-priced tickets will offer a better viewing experience. Only tickets labeled as "Actual 1st/2nd/3rd row of the section" are closer to the front, so these tickets may be priced higher by the seller.

Question 3

Regarding "Perks"

Accepted Answer

In most cases, if the ticket displays the "Perks" label, the seller will provide the corresponding perks based on the organizer's terms and information. If you do not receive the corresponding perks, please contact the seller immediately. If the ticket is not labeled with "Perks", it only includes the right to enter the event and does not guarantee that it will include any of the perks of the official ticket category. Perks may include: - VIP Box - Parking Pass - Hi-Touch - Early Entry - Soundcheck Rehearsal - VIP Access - VIP Bar Service - Merchandise Gift: May include items such as poster, photo card, signed photo, 1:1 or group photo, (signed) Polaroid, etc. For details, please refer to the organizer's official announcement. - *Benefit Draws: Ticket holders may be eligible for benefit draws (e.g., group photos, signed posters). Please refer to the organizer's official rules. Please note: MoreTickets is not responsible for the draw process or results, and does not offer any control or guarantees.

How do I use my coupon?

Accepted Answer

After clicking "Claim Now", you can go to the "My" page in the bottom navigation bar, then enter "My Coupons" page to view the available coupons.
