Backend Development Engineer工作職責（Job Responsibilities）Responsible for the design and development of distributed backend systems with large-scale big data and high concurrency.
Undertake system iteration and optimization tasks to improve system stability, response performance, and business scalability.
Develop and optimize ticketing platform products to ensure product functions match user needs.任職要求（Job Requirements）Possess good communication and expression skills as well as team collaboration skills, have self-driven learning awareness, and can quickly adapt to changes.
Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years or more of relevant work experience.
Have solid Java development and design experience, and be proficient in Java core technologies and ecological tools.
Have experience in the design and development of distributed backend systems with large-scale big data and high concurrency/high availability.
Once responsible for the design and development of complex business products, including system analysis, design, implementation and maintenance, and can propose implementation plans for project requirements.
Have systematic technical thinking to ensure the quality assurance, scalability and forward-looking of technical solutions.Overseas Advertising工作職責（Job Responsibilities）Independently responsible for the full-channel advertising delivery of Moretickets overseas, including but not limited to platforms such as Facebook, Google, X, TikTok, ASA, etc;
Responsible for the monitoring and collation of advertising delivery data, and regularly provide data reports to relevant personnel;
Analyze the effect and revenue according to the advertising delivery situation, optimize key data indicators, and propose optimization and improvement plans;任職要求（Job Requirements）3 years or more of overseas advertising delivery experience, with e-commerce, game, in-app purchase experience preferred;
Proficiency in Cantonese, good English skills are preferred;
Bachelor's degree or above is preferred;
